All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement prior to commencement of work.

Final pricing may vary if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the restoration process. Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the progress payment schedule outlined in your signed service agreement. American Restoration and Construction Inc. reserves the right to pause or stop work if agreed upon progress payments are not received on time. Unpaid balances may be subject to liens, collection procedures, and legal action.

5. Insurance Claims

American Restoration and Construction Inc. works with most major insurance carriers and can assist clients in navigating the claims process. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from an insurance claim. The client remains responsible for any balance not covered by their insurance carrier.

6. Warranties

American Restoration and Construction Inc. stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty details specific to your project will be outlined in your signed service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent events, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance after project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

American Restoration and Construction Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the work performed. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the nature of the damage, ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property during the project, and communicating any known hazards or special conditions prior to the start of work.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency response services that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled without incurring applicable charges.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.
